MCC undertook upgrades and alterations of this sprawling corner block property in 2015. With 160sqm of works undertaken these changes added substantial liveability to the property as well as increased its potential market value. This legacy project is a demonstration of the MCC ability to fuse lifestyle demands with practical detail no matter the size of the project.
